Matin Emouna

Matin Emouna’s criminal practice includes the defense of corporations and individuals charged with criminal violations in both Federal and State Courts. His duties include representation at arraignments, trials, bail applications, motion hearings, grand jury hearings, sentencing and trials.

Matin Emouna divides his civil practice into three major areas: transactions, complex civil litigation, and personal injury. His powerful deal making presence, coupled with his trial experience makes him a most formidable adversary and representative for his substantial client base.

Matin Emouna maintains his finely honed negotiating skills by his constant interaction with members of the Bar, judges, prosecutors, insurance representatives, real estate operators, bankers, and industry brokers as well as regularly attending and participating in latest topic seminars.

Matin Emouna has studied extensively oversees in France and Spain. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Spanish from SUNY at Albany. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of Moot Court Board. 

Matin Emouna has been admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States Court of International Trade and United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
